ワールド技研では新たに、2つのGUNを搭載した6軸ロボットを中心に被塗装物を180度回転させながら
自動塗装が行えるスプレーシステムと、伸縮・回転が自在なワーク搬送装置を搭載し被塗装物を
効率よく送り出す自動塗装システムを開発しました。
さらに、特許取得の独自の給気・排気装置を装備したフルスペックのスプレーシステムながら、
2.5mの立方体に収まる省サイズ設計。従来型よりも効率的でコンパクトな自動塗装ラインが構築できます。
World Giken co.,ltd. developed a new automatic painting system, which places a six-axial robot with two spray guns at the center, and has a spray system capable of automatic painting while turning a work 180 degrees and an extensible and rotatable work conveyor, allowing a work to be carried efficiently. Compact design in which a full-spec spray system equipped with original patented air charging and exhaust systems fits in a cube of 2.5m. A more efficient and compact automatic painting line than the conventional model can be constructed.

2016年10月19日（水）〜21日（金）に東京ビックサイトで行われる「Japan Robot Week 2016」に、ワールド技研株式会社が出展します。自動スプレーロボット装置のご説明をさせていただきます。

This is a paint booth equipped with a patented air-screen curtain. It realizes highly efficient mist-capturing effects using powerful gusts of air that flow from the ceiling. The stainless steel specifications provide durability, and the design allows for easy inspection and maintenance.

載せ替えや塗装、乾燥など時間差のある工程を、“連続運転するワーク箇所”と“精密停止するワーク箇所”を、一連のラインの中に設けることで連続作業を可能にしたシステムコンベヤー装置です。
This is a system conveyer apparatus capable of continuous operation via processes such as reloading, coating, or drying with a time difference, “continuous operating work areas,” and “precision-stopping work areas” in a series of lines.
給気暖房装置
Air supply Heating
コンパクトなサイズながら、最大13,200㎥/hの大量給気を実現する給気暖房装置です。ガスバーナー間接加熱により、安全で急速な加熱を実現。排気量に応じて給気量を6段階で自動制御することも可能。
This is an air-supply-heating device that generates massive air supply, which reaches a maximum of 13,200 m3/h despite the compact size of the device. It realizes safe and rapid heating by indirectly providing heat through a gas burner. It is also capable of automatically controlling the air supply at 6 levels according to the amount of exhaust air.
自動昇降移動乾燥装置 ES-151
Automatically elevating moving drying apparatus
乾燥室を上部に設け、さらに装置出入り口を真下に向けることで、熱損失の少ない高効率の乾燥作業を実現した乾燥装置です。自動連続運転や連続バッチ運転が選択も可能。省スペース、省エネ設計になっています。
This is an apparatus that realizes a high-efficiency drying operation with little heat loss using a drying chamber installed at the top, directly below the apparatus doorway. It has options such as automatic continuous operation and continuous batch operation. Its design conserves both space and energy.
